If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from
DesJardins Jewelry simply return the items with a note explaining
why and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price. Every effort
is made to make sure all items shipped are in perfect condition and
match the descriptions given. There is a one year guarantee on all
stringing. If your necklace breaks within the 1st year, return it
and it will be repaired and returned to you at no charge.
Shipping
$5.00 shipping charge on all orders. All orders shipped are
packaged with extreme care. Jewelry will come in a white cotton
filled gift boxes or fabric drawstring pouch (depending on
availability). Orders are usually shipped within a week, special order items will be shipped as soon as possible.
Credit card charges are not submitted until shipment. Examine all
orders on receipt and report any damages to the carrier as soon as
possible.
